Wuxi Xingda academician workstation (Xingda bubble plastic new material Co., Ltd. and Nanjing University of Science and Technology) has been developed for two years. It has successfully produced a high grade flame retarded polystyrene with good flame retardancy, low thermal conductivity, fast product molding speed and high strength, named SF fuel resistance. Through the test of the state authority (attached: the national fixed fire extinguishing system and the inspection report of the quality supervision and inspection center of fire-resistant components), the performance reached the standard of flame retardancy of B1 as stipulated in Document No. 46 of the Ministry of public security. It provides a reliable and energy-saving new material for wall insulation and other building wall materials requiring flame retardancy.
High grade resistance fuel (SF) has selected the high melting point flame retardant treated by nano technology, adding selected bubble hole nucleating agent and abandoning conventional traditional synthetic technology, so the SF product has unique processing performance.
The 1. oxygen index is more than 32, and the limit oxygen index can reach 40.
2., the foaming speed is moderate, the curing period is short, the cooling is fast, and the molding cycle can be shortened.
3., plate and products have good bond property, high strength and stable dimension of molded products.
4.SF material is easily distinguishable by the user, adding a small amount of red fuel particles in the product, and making the product easy to distinguish and identify (but if SF is used as a non building material, it can not add red recognition particles to keep the purity of the product).
High grade resistance fuel (SF) conforms to the new trend of the development of building materials in China. It is also a standard of building materials that can meet the fire protection level of the Ministry of public security and becomes the preferred variety in new policy and new situation.
